I really like smoothies. Not because they are popular now. I enjoy that I can make them on the go. What about you? What is your favourite meal from the “grab&go” category?
- 1 banana
- 1 TSBP almond butter
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
- 150 ml plant-based milk
- add honey or a medjol date if you have a sweet tooth
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
